Toughcrates.co.uk do not currently offer our ‘buy 5 or more, get free shipping offer’ to the highlands and islands of scotland, northern ireland, the isle of man or scilly isles.
We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK.
Payment can be made by credit card or debit card. We will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed.
If you have a non-UK issued payment card, the exact amount you will be charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase.
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify us as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.
